Dated or undated
A dated planner saves you writing the dates and guarantees the week starts on the right day. An undated one never expires, works for any year, and lets you start in March without wasting January.
If you print a sheet a week, undated is usually the better answer and the undated library covers every layout. If you want the whole year bound in one go, dated is the reason these files exist.
Week numbers
Monday-start files carry ISO week numbers, where week one is the week containing the first Thursday of the year. 2028 has 52 such weeks. Sunday-start files do not show a week number, because ISO numbering is only defined for Monday-start weeks and the US convention of week one containing 1 January produces a different number for the same days. Printing one and labelling it as the other would be worse than leaving it off.
