• Give printed copies to students, clients, patients, staff, customers or anyone else
• Use them inside a business, a school, a clinic or an organisation
• Fill them in digitally and share the filled-in result
• Modify a printed copy however you like

You may not

• Resell or redistribute the PDF files themselves as a digital product
• Upload the files to another download site, marketplace or template library
• Claim you designed them

No attribution required

You do not need to credit us, link to us, or leave any mark on the page. There is no logo on the planner and no attribution line, and that is deliberate.

It is worth explaining why, because it is unusual in this category. One of the most-cited free planner sites permits use only if its logo, copyright notice and disclaimer remain in the file, and embeds that logo as a raster inside every PDF. Another prohibits commercial use, resale, redistribution and re-uploading. Several state no licence at all, which for a teacher or a clinician deciding whether they can hand a sheet out is functionally the same as a refusal.

A teacher printing thirty copies for a class, a therapist giving a sheet to a client, or an employer putting one in an induction pack should not have to read terms to find out whether they are allowed. You are allowed.

Why the resale restriction exists

It is the one abuse worth preventing. Without it, these files end up relisted on marketplaces as paid downloads, which is a direct harm to the people we made them for.

Everything else is permitted deliberately, including commercial use, which most free planner licences prohibit.

The fonts inside the files

Every font embedded in these PDFs is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, which explicitly permits embedding in a document, in full or as a subset, and explicitly states that doing so does not change the licence of the document itself.

So the fonts impose no constraint on what you may do with a planner. The families and their notices are listed on the fonts page.

No warranty

These files are provided as they are. We test them and we publish how, but we cannot guarantee a particular printer will reproduce a particular file exactly, and nothing here is professional advice of any kind.

The homeschool planner in particular is a record-keeping aid and not legal advice: requirements vary by jurisdiction and change, and you should verify yours with the relevant authority.
