This sheet is deliberately blank
There is no dosing guidance here, no suggested schedule and no pre-filled anything. What to take and when is a question for a doctor or pharmacist, and a printable grid is not the right place for an answer to it.
What the sheet does is record. Rows for each medicine, columns for the days, boxes to tick. That is genuinely useful for anyone managing several medicines, or managing them for someone else, and it is a question of memory rather than medicine.
Large type, on purpose
Set in the roomier type size by default, because a medication chart is often used by someone with poor eyesight or in poor light, and because the boxes need to be tickable by an unsteady hand.
