Five areas, because vague does not get done
Self care as a single line on a to-do list never gets ticked, because it is not an action. The five-area split, sleep, eat, move, connect and relax, comes from the Full Focus system and it works because each one is specific enough to answer yes or no to.
Connect is the one people leave out and the one that tends to matter most. It is on the sheet.
A weekly look back, not just forward
The review block is near-universal in paid planners and near-absent in free ones, which is odd, because it is the part that makes the next week better. Two questions are enough: what actually worked, and what would you change.
Keeping it to a few lines is deliberate. A journal prompt that needs a page gets skipped.
