Plan and shop on one sheet

The reason to keep the meals and the list together is that the list is derived from the meals, and separating them means transcribing. Writing the ingredients into the department they belong to as you plan each meal is barely more work than writing them in a line, and it saves the sorting pass entirely.

The panel is torn off or folded over at the shop. If you would rather it were a separate sheet, the standalone grocery list prints on its own half-sheet.
