Revision needs blocks, not hours
Deciding to do four hours of revision is not a plan; deciding to do biology from two until half past three is. The difference is that the second one can be started, and can be finished.
The capture column on this sheet is where the topic list goes before it is placed. Write out what needs covering first, then draw it onto the week. The gap between what you listed and what fits is the most useful thing this sheet will tell you.
Leave the gaps in
A revision timetable with no empty space is a timetable that will be abandoned on day three. Something always overruns. Blocking roughly two thirds of your available time leaves room for the overruns and for the sessions you will want to repeat.
